All customer data is hosted on certified servers operated by Hetzner GmbH in Germany and Finland (EU). Israel holds an EU Adequacy Decision (Commission Decision 2011/61/EU), confirming an adequate level of data protection under GDPR.
Sovereign Suite processes exclusively technical server metrics and infrastructure data. We do not store or process private user data, patient data, or sensitive personal identifiers.
Certain features may use AI for analysis and recommendations. Your data is processed via API and is NOT used to train global AI models.
We do not use marketing cookies, profiling tools, or any third-party tracking. Only technically necessary functions are employed.

Sovereign Suite is a B2B-only service (Business-to-Business). Our services are exclusively directed at entrepreneurs and business entities. There is no right of withdrawal for consumers as defined by international or EU consumer protection laws.

Billing is issued without VAT as it is a cross-border service from Israel. For EU business customers, the Reverse-Charge Procedure applies (tax liability of the service recipient).
Sovereign Suite provides infrastructure monitoring and disaster recovery tools on an “as-is” basis. RepuGrid is not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages resulting from infrastructure failures outside our control. Maximum liability is limited to the amount of three monthly subscription fees.
Certain features use AI for analysis, recommendations, and automated responses. RepuGrid is not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated outputs. The final review and action are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Hosting on certified servers operated by Hetzner GmbH in Germany/Finland (EU). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA/AVV) according to Art. 28 GDPR is available upon request.
